1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Aham+ application ("the Service"), operated by Algobasic Private Limited("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aham+ is an AI-powered personal knowledge organizer that allows you to save, summarize, search, and act on content from various sources including YouTube, Instagram, websites, and personal notes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process, analyze, and organize your saved content.

3. User Accounts

To use Aham+, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you save to Aham+. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you save does not violate any third-party rights. We are not liable for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from content you choose to save.

6. AI-Generated Content

Aham+ generates summaries, insights, action items, and other AI-processed outputs based on your saved content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Summaries may not capture all nuances of the original content
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates and improvements
• Unforeseen technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or at aham.plus/delete-account. Account deletion follows a 30-day grace period, after which all data is permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algobasic Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Loss of data or content
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Intellectual Property

The Aham+ name, logo, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Algobasic Private Limited. The Service's design, code, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
